Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns or exchanges for unopened and unused perfumes within 30 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned, but our team is always happy to help you find a better match.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include a photo.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Who covers return shipping?
- For damaged or defective items, we cover return shipping.
- For other eligible returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Absolutely. All Glymmr fragrances are 100% authentic and sourced directly from our brand.
What type of fragrance do you offer?
All Glymmr perfumes are Eau de Parfum (EDP), formulated for balanced longevity and everyday wear.
Are your fragrances cruelty-free?
Yes. All Glymmr fragrances are cruelty-free, with no animal testing and no animal-derived ingredients.
