Shipping policy

We currently ship to: United States, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Hungary, Luxembourg.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Please note: shipping time does not include processing time, and delivery timelines are estimates (carrier delays may occur).

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For shipments outside the U.S., import duties and taxes may apply. Where available, these charges will be shown at checkout. If not collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for any duties/taxes charged by local customs.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way. If tracking updates are delayed, please allow 24–72 hours for carrier activation.

Address Changes & Cancellations
Please review your shipping address carefully. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address or cancel the order.

Undeliverable / Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we can help reship it (additional shipping fees may apply) or process a refund once the return is received and inspected.
